New Orleans Officials Tell Residents Not to Return Yet
Who? Residents of New Orleans
What? Cant return home, after hurricane Gustav did more damage to New Orleans residents that were affected from hurricane Katrina a few years ago.
When? September 2. 2008 tuesday morning
Where?New Orleans, Louisiana
Why? Because about 300,000 homes are without power and its flooded everywhere
How? Hurricane Gustav was a category 3 but then later on it became a category 2. not doing alot of damage as a category 3 hurricane would do.
