Why? Doesnt say exactly why this shooting happen. But it does say that it is very similar to a shooting earlier in the month how exactly 8 people died and the gun-man shot himself to.
How? the gun-man just got a permit for a small calaber gun. After that he went to the school and started shooting those innocent people.
